⭐ Support for ui_locale parameter

In addition to using ui_locales parameter to change the locale and translation of the interface, the legacy ui_locale parameter is now supported.

⭐ Updated /resend-verification endpoint to support sending new PINs

If a user receives a PIN by email or mobile phone, this endpoint will now allow the resending of a new PIN, in the event the previous one expires.
