High-Risk Update: OTP Delivery for SMS Login

Resolved an issue where SMS OTPs were incorrectly routed or displayed errors about email recipients. We are closely monitoring the system and have a 15-minute rollback plan in place. Please report any issues immediately to ensure platform stability.
