High-Risk Update: Platform Infrastructure UpgradeThis update upgrades the platform to improve reliability, performance, and security. While it strengthens customer login and registration flows, please monitor application behavior closely after deployment.
The following changes are included in this Next Identity platform infrastructure release.
Infrastructure
- Platform Infrastructure Upgrade: EKS Cluster Upgrade: The production Kubernetes environment has been upgraded from v1.32 to v1.33, improving scalability, performance, and security posture. This update includes an OS upgrade to Amazon Linux 2023 (AL2023) and aligns key system components (VPC CNI, kubectl, CoreDNS, Kubeproxy, Cluster Autoscaler, Load Balancer Controller, Metrics Server, Stakater, ArgoCD, and Kuma) to their latest stable versions. These updates ensure enhanced reliability, compatibility with new Kubernetes features, and a more resilient infrastructure foundation.
