This endpoint is used to change the user ID for either auth_type="email" or auth_type="sms".
The /change-id endpoint is used to enable users to change their primary ID (email address or mobile phone number) to a new one. The new values identifier is not set as the primary identifier until it is verified. In the scenario where a user typed in the wrong value or abandoned the process, the existing primary ID will remain in place.
