Profile

The Edit Profile user journey allows customers to update and revise their profile details. The user journey starts once the customer clicks the Edit link on their profile. Once initiated, the user journey lets customers update their personal details, change their password, update their security question and answer, activate 2-step verification, and sign out of one or all devices.
